Header re-size

Hello again,

I am still having a header re-size issue with stevengossington.com.

I built a site called lasvegaspersonaltrainer.net with the High End theme and the header image re-sizes perfectly.

But on the stevengossington.com it does not.

Please let me know what I did differently on the gossington site so I can get the header image to re-size.
