header.php mistakes

Hello,
I was trying to copy the meta from google and yahoo for the website verification and I messed up with my header.php file.

Here are the problems I am facing due to this mistake:
– my website title appear differently in yahoo and google search engines.
– The Highend Option tabs do not work properly anymore.
– my website does not work on the Internet explorer at all.
– Although I have uploaded an image on the favicon, it does not show up on the title.
