Header /Navigation Issues

We just installed the Aegaeus Theme on our website and the initial install worked perfectly.

I navigated to the theme options to revise the background image and upon saving lost the logo, headline, and the top navigation stopped rendering properly.

These items are set correctly in the theme options and I did not alter the areas that impact them.

Can you help me troubleshoot what might be happening?
