Header Logo Sizing Issue

Hello,
I am having an issue with a header logo looking different in different browsers and on mobile devices. I was just brought in to help with this site, as the client previously had someone else building it. It looks like they have done some editing to the way the theme header looks, but I can’t figure out why the header logo appears very small in Safari on my desktop and very distorted in all browsers on mobile. In Chrome and Firefox on desktop, the logo appears correctly. See screenshots attached. Any suggestions?
