Header logo does not link to home page

    In Settings>Reader I have Homepage:Home
    When I inspect element, there is no href for the home page.
    Am building this in ServerPress’ DesktopServer, as site is nt ready to go live.
    How can I fix this?
    Is there some php snippet I can use to correct this issue?
