Header design help

Hi

Using Highend theme and wanting to have a full background image at the top of my webpage.
Want to have image full width of screen with sticky header infront of image.

Link to sample of what I’m wanting below but with sticky header menu bar, text overlaying left hand side of image and image itself twice the length of this one. Would also like image to fade out when scrolling down.

Please note my page is built with visual composer.
