Header and row image re-size

Hey Guys,

I have used the High End theme on a few sites now and really like it. I am still learning all the things it can do and plan on using it on all my sites in the future.

I have a couple of questions. I hope this is not too much at once.

1. I have a new site called stevengossington.com. When I view the site on a smart phone or any smaller screen, the header graphic is not re-sizing to fit in the window. I just built a site called lasvegaspersonaltrainer.net and the header graphic re-sizes perfectly on a smart phone or tablet. I was wondering what I did wrong on the Steven Gossington header.
2. Also, is there a way to make the row background images re-size with the page as well? I have a site built in a different theme where the background image re-sizes with the page: highsierrasounds.com
3. Is there a way to import fonts into the High End theme?
4. How do I make the top header and navigation transparent.
