having some trouble with background color

our site is still in its construction phase so not active and things are going well however I am having difficulty with one item , our site is laid out so our menu is below our header/logo , below that menu is a rev slider which is working fine but behind the rev slider the background with title is white , if I click on another page without the rev slider say products or any another page that small title box is always white , I do have it set to be black in the color customizer which is working for all other sections but apparently this one ……even in the customizer it doesn’t preview black just white ….after racking my brains for 2 days im pretty sure there’s something not working right with this section or possibly im overthink it lol

any ideas
