have trouble subcategory with single product together

my problem is, after using category and single product on shoppage i get a weird linebreak like error, from what i found out by testing is when i have no picture in the statues Category the linebreak wont appear but as soon i added the picture, it will drop 2 of the first items in single product on second line.

i looked at code but i cant find anything that could cause that linebreak.
