Have the Post or Page Title to Align Center, Have Second Sidebar.

I have two questions

First question: I asked previously for the possibility of adding a second sidebar so that a post page have a left bar, content, and right bar. Your response was that you will consider this option in future releases. Until that time, termporarily trying to solve my client’s problem, I have tried to workaround by using either of two solutions (see attached) which basically gives the same visual results:

1] a full-width page layout, adding a row of 2/12 + 7/12 + 3/12, or
2] a right sidebar page layout, adding a row of 1/4 + 3/4

Both of the solutions above are aesthetically not very pleasing, because the author- and the comment section below the page appear in full length (too wide). Is there any update about whether a second sidebar belongs to your consideration soon? and what is your advise to how to solve this for the moment being?

Second question: As you see from the attachment, the title aligns to the left. How can I center align the title so that it shows above the element in the middle?
