Have removed home page slider but have too much vertical white space

Hi,

On my site I have unselected all sliders and unticked the box for custom page title.

But there is now a large gap of white space below the menu and the first part of my content (currently a third party slider I uploaded or if I use any other element)

How can I compress this white space please?
