Have PHP errors due to plugins I am not using

I am not using woocommerce, revslider, essential-grid, wp-instagram-widget (which is no longer being updated) The last time I tried to use socialsnap, it crashed my blog. I would like to not ever use the Instagram Widget or Socialsnap, so how do I remove them?
These are causing the Query Monitor plugin to be in the red. I know when its in the red, it makes it really easy to crash the blog. So my question is, now to change the code for these so that they do not cause the Query Monitor to be in the red?
