"hamburger" menu bar for mobile version

In mobile view the menu converts to the so-called hamburger stack menu. For all my woocommerce pages (Shop, Product details and Cart) I was able to enter a value to give me a menu bar that is aqua colored. But for all my other Highend menu pages the menu hanmburger stack is white, which is barely visible against my background. I’d like it to be the same aqua color as the Shop,Cart,Product details pages, which is #0d9b8f
