Google Indexing Demo Content

I have noticed that Google is indexing the dummy content. How can stop that?

PS: Below are the other queries I am awaiting an answer for:

First:
I am using separators on my page and I have notice that there is a lot more white space above and below the content than on the demo pages.

I have attached a screenshot. How can I decrease the white space just like the demo content.

Second:
I am using 4 hb_image_box images on my home page. I would like a pop up to appear when one of the images is clicked. Is that possible? How could I do that?
