Google Font added, not displaying

If I go to theme options/font settings and scroll to the bottom I can see the code that I have added: “@import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Give+You+Glory);
.widget-item h4 { font-family: ‘Give You Glory’, cursive !important; }” No matter what I do the widget h4 only shows “cursive.” It will not show the google font on any device or any browser. Any suggestions please? Many thanks!
