Gallery Shortcode not working

I have tried inserting the gallery module shortcode and is it just blank. I cannot get it to work.
I can get a gallery to work if I use the gallery template, it works great, but the shortcode does not.
This is the code created
[gallery_fullwidth columns=”4″ count=”-1″ category=”building” orderby=”date” order=”DESC” orientation=”landscape” ratio=”ratio1″ animation=”scale-up”]
But nothing will show.

Also is there a way to add a video to the gallery as well?
