Fullwith Portfolio thumbnails not responding to image ratio changes

I noticed that the portfolio thumbnails I have on my site recently went from square thumbnails to showing the entire image – no matter the size. I’ve checked other change logs and have updated the Highend Portfolio settings to 1:1 and gone into the fullwidth portfolio settings and changed them to 1:1 and the images are still showing a variety of sizes (and now make my portfolios look like crap).

They were three nice rows with each block the same size. Is there anyway to fix this other than cropping each image individually? Thanks.
