Fullwidth Boxes doesn't have grid lines

I am using the “fullwidth boxes” shortcode from this page:
http://hb-themes.com/themes/aegaeus_wp/fullwidth-boxes/

First problem, I copy and pasted the example and it doesn’t show the thin lines between the boxes.

Second problem, I tried to only set every third box to have last_column=”true”, but it doesn’t work, they simply extend the full width and stack vertically (instead of rows of 3). It will only appear as the example if I set it to true for EVERY box. I’m using size=”one-third” for each box. Is this correct?
