FullScreen Revlution Slider

Hi,

I am setting up a full screen Revolution slider but have run into the following problems:

1) Revolution Slider does not work within Featured Section when using Blank Template, but via Shortcode or Visual Composer
2) padding or margin occurs at the top and bottom and right hand side of the slider when using Blank Template
