FRUSTRATING

I am making changes in Visual Composer, it is stating that the changes are being made successfully, and when I go to view the page after refreshing, none of the changes are being made. EXCEPT FOR ONES THAT I DID NOT MAKE.

The creation of this website has now ground to a halt as I have to continually fix little minor errors that keep randomly popping up. I now have no confidence that any changes I make will actually translate to the page, and am worried that if I actually do decide to go live, it will be a mess.

I have added a pic of the contact page, where multiple buttons keep re-appearing after I delete them.

HELP.
