fresh installation of wordpress+Aegaeus, but not responsive

    Hi,

    I have installed latest WordPress 4.1 and also purchased Aegaeus from mojothemes.

    It is a fresh installation, without any active plugin, any css changing, with wordpress default page and default post.

    But the theme is not responsive. (Responsive option is also checked in theme options.)

    (The website is in Persian which is a RTL language.)

    Please help me.
