free installation

    I just purchased the Highend WP theme, via the MojoMarketplace at my host: Fatcow.com.

    On the item page, when you scroll down a bit, it says: “Purchase HighEnd today and get free installation. Save additional $148.”

    Yet, when I ask for installation, it sets out to charge me.

    How do I receive this benefit?
