Free install request

Hello.
I purchase Highend – Ultimate Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme last Tuesday and I decided to install on my own with importing previous content. Unfortunately I am struggling with it and need to get back online asap. I would like to take up the offer of free install and I do understand what I have done will be lost however would this include my imported text?
