Formatting logo on top menu, drop-down menu colors

I would like to make my logo larger and move it to the right on the top menu with the Highend theme, so my name is sitting over my photo in the Revolution Slider. I would also like to have the blood drops (I’m a mystery and thriller writer) drop down over the blue into the white body and continue to do so when the sticky menu is in use.

I would also like to make the drop down menus match the color in the top menu header. Is there a way to do this? I’ve only found the dark and light settings for drop-down menus.

Any advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
