formatting issue

Hi,

On my website, on every page, the title is a custom setting and inside a picture box. For some reason, on every page that I have, the title picture box has a thick white line that goes across the page.

How do I change the color of that line/area to black? It isn’t in the color customizer. I’ve attached a picture to show the thick white bar above my main menu line.
