Formating Issues – html code

    Hi
    Since I activated the theme, stated to have forming issues in pages, if I use html tags, sometimes they do not work anymore … could be shortcode effect .. can I still use <table>, <center> tags, … ???
    also, page headings & default sidebar do not show up on pages ..
    any ideas …
