FORM IN PLACE OF MAP DROPDOWN

    2ND REQUEST.. IT HAS BEEN 3 DAYS.. CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE?
    I would like to not have a map in the drop down and replace it with a contact/request a quote form. I would also like to make that little arrow (triangle) for the dropdown with something larger so I can put the words “Request a Quote” in a bubble or larger arrow. It is kind of hidden. Can you help me out?
