Hey there HB Support team,
My WP Site runs with the Highend theme and my password guesses are failing. On the login screen, chosen the option of ‘Forgot my Password’ and I’ve inputted my email but when I receive the link via email to create a new password, it tells me the link is invalid.
My email/login is smartdavid@mac.com (and I believe my username is davidsmarts, but it’s saying that username is invalid). Any way you can help troubleshoot?
