Footer Widgets Titles Not Changing Colors

Hi

I am trying to change the Footer Widget Title Color from white to a color

I try to change this in color customizer – all my other footer fonts change color but the Widget titles

I also try this CSS code:

.widget-item H4 {

font-size: 20px;
color: #006738;
}
