Footer rendering incorrectly after navigating to different page

Hello.

I’ve noticed inconsistencies in the way the footer loads on my site after navigating to a different page within the site other then the one initially loaded.

I’ve attached screen shots of what the footer’s been doing, zoomed out to capture the whole issue, and my url is below:

Essentially, a very large amount of empty space is appearing between the footer content and the copyright bar.

Is there a way to fix this issue? It seems kind of abstract… maybe it’s a problem with the the ajax functionality of the theme’s footer?
