Footer not working after update

Wordpress updated and now my footer is all screwed up. I have tried to fix it myself with no luck. I want the 1/3-1/3-1/3 footer, and as you can see (http://www.alloutblog.net) it is nothing like that. The first section is fine, but then the other 2 sections are squished below it and it looks all screwy. I really love the theme, but I have only had it for about a month. I see other threads from months ago with issues, so if this is something that happens often I may switch themes. Please help me fix this.
