Footer Custom H4 Font Color

Hi,

I used to change the H4 font color (says “Contact Info”) in the footer with the following custom CSS:

#footer.dark-style .widget-item h4 { color: #000000 !important; }

However, it is no longer working with the most recent theme version after upgrading from 1.7.

Please let me know what the correct code is for the new version and add an option to change this in the color customizer when possible.
