Footer color issues

Hello,

I am having an issue trying to figure out how to change the footer font color for the title text. It is currently white or really light grey and I need to darken it to match the other fonts I was able to change the colors of. I have not found a place where I can change the color of that particular section – even in the live color changer. I also cannot find where in the code I should change the color in the footer or if its even an option but I do need it darker.
