Footer 3rd and 4th joining together and showing nothing

Hi, I noticed that sometime our footer with 4 columns, the 3rd and the 4th one was not visible and they are joining as one column. But sometimes it is normal, Any idea why this is happening?

My previous query regarding the icons are now solved. We need to manually add the social icons on the jquery dropdown to solve the porblem.
