Font size in footer widgets??

The font style/size for the text in the “Contact Universe” and “Recent Post” widgets is fairly large given the size of the widgets. This font seems to be my site’s body font of Lato 20px.

Is there a way to make the font in both of these a little bit smaller without changing the body font size across my entire site?
