Flex Slider Issues

On my portfolio page the “Previous” and “Next” tabs seem to be reversed, so that “previous” actually takes you to the next project instead of the other way around. How do you fix this? Also, the little white flex slider circles that allow you to tab through each image per project are not always visible since they’re white. Is there a way to change the color?
