Firefox & I.E. issues

Hi,
Firefox and I.E. refuse to cooperate with me. While it handles a row with three columns fine in one place, immediately below it with the same layout, it drops the first two elements down to another row and keeps the third column contents in place.

It also chooses to add additional spacing between rows on one specific page.
