Featured images blowing up on certain posts with video/audio media

Hey wonderful HB Team!

I’ve just transitioned my website over to the Highend WP theme. Things are working out, except on my posts with either videos or Podcast audio files.

As you can see here: http://adventuresinbraininjury.com/podcast-5/ and in the attached image, the same sized featured images are zooming in and changing resolution on posts with media.

Is there a way I can uniformly set the featured image size in width/height across all? Should it be zooming these images on certain posts?
