Featured Image Portfolio for Highend

I’m having an issue that I hope someone can help me with. I’m using the demo portfolio items and just re-writing the html with shortcodes. I’m replacing the featured image and doing a custom image for the content.

When I’m logged in to WordPress all the portfolio items look fine on my portfolio page. But when I go incognito or just not logged in, the featured image on the portfolio page has all the original demo content. But if you click on the item the content inside is correct.

Is there a setting that retains the original demo info? Some kind of admin setting? Please let me know if you can help. Thanks.
