Featured Image in Essential Grid

Hi,

I Can’t seem to get in the support forum for Essential grid as it came bundled with the theme.
I was wondering if you could help me at all?

In my grid, the Featured images are coming full blown hence most of it is not visible on the grid tile. Can you please tell me a way to reduce the size of the featured image within essential grid tiles so the full image is visible?
