Feature image is not showing up correctly on FB

I finished a post and pushed it to FB but when I did the feature image I selected did not show up. Instead, a former blog post image showed up and I have no idea how to change this or why it’s doing this. Please advise where I can make the change or where the problem may be. Thank you!
