feature image cropped in blog list

Dear Sir,

The feature image cropped in blog listing happening again, would you help to fix it?

Furthermore, if a click the category in no matter widget, sidebar…etc, it shows an archive list but not the standard one, so all feature images are fail to shown in the list. What should I do?
