Failing Google’s Rich Results Test

Hi Support,

We are using the Highend Theme for our website and set up https://wordpress.org/plugins/schema-and-structured-data-for-wp/ plugin for Structured Data.

However, we are failing items for the following pages:
a.) /author/
b.) posts
c.) category

The “image” is always missing even if we have set the image for the structured data and for the post’s Featured Images.

Please help.
