Failed to import demo due to WP_MEMORY_LIMIT

When I do import demo in dashboard, the below infos showing error:
WordPress Memory Limit (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) : 40M memory limit should be at least 64MB. Please refer to : Increasing memory allocated to PHP for more information
If you are not familiar with this, please contact your hosting company support.
I have checked with the hosting company support, no one can help on this, please help from your side.

please advise the way to send you the relate infos privately so that you can help to import.
