The footer area of my site is not functioning correctly. If you use the 1/4+1/4+1/4+1/4 layout it works fine. I wrote yesterday and was advised to place some custom CSS in to keep this from happening. That made the secondary footer go on and on. I was then asked to take the widgets out one by one. I did this, it did not fix the problem.
I have since deleted the CSS code, and replaced the widgets.
