Excess Space Between Header and Navigation Bar

Hello,

I updated to Version 2.4.3 the other day and now am having an issue with a huge excess of space between my header logo and my navigation bar.

Previously the navigation bar was directly under my header. Now there is a huge amount of space and you cannot see the navigation bar unless you scroll down.

I have gone through all the various settings and cannot figure out what should be done to fix this. I have found code to help reduce space between the logo and top of the screen, but that did not help to remove this blank space.

Please see the attached screenshots for what this looks like (you can only see the bottom of the logo, I had to scroll some so that the navigation bar appears). I appreciate any help!
