Everything BLANK please help

    Hi, I screwed something up. The only thing I can see is the Dashboard. If I click off the dashboard I just get a white screen.
    I made the mistake of trying to change the code from the editor for an item in teaser box php. When I clicked update everything went blank.

    Can you please help me?
