Essential Grid thumbnail image size?

    Hello,

    I’m using Essential Grid to design the layout of my blog. The only problem is, the images that I upload to publish on the blog are not square, and Essential Grid crops the images to make them appear square. So if you take a look at my blog here: http://www.thevisualbloq.com/blog-example/

    How to I make it so that the thumbnails displayed here are 390px by 312px?
