Essential grid slow down my website speed

Hello,
My website speed is very low around 30/100 on google page speed. And the main problem is apparently “essential grid” it slow down my website speed. If i turn it off the page speed jump at 58/100!!!
when the plugin is Activate I have done everting to increase the plugin speed.
Like activating lazy load and his own cache.
I’ve also been downloading may plugin like Async JS and CSS
the problem is that in the moment I activate them both the Revolution slider and Essential grid disappear!
I really need your help
