Essential Grid Not Displaying Properly

Hi,

Both of the essential grids that I’ve created are not displaying properly on my front page. There is a blank space inside the grid itself, below my photo. Part of the photo is cropped off and it appears like the photo has been shifted upwards in the grid. I’ve attached a snapshot as well. My website is at http://www.huangkitchen.com. Can you let me know how to fix this? Thanks.
